Problem
System wanted to enlist a large number of competent personnel and all while keeping the financial costs in mind. Thus the total cost of ownership (TCO) was not comparable with the result.
Objectives
- Developing an automated system for the registration of information about educational institutions.

What has been done
The project was implemented on the basis of the Microsoft SharePoint system. For the project a custom SharePoint site template was created, which contained all the necessary tools for the customer to integrate it in educational organizations.
Microsoft InfoPath was used for convenient work with the standardized reporting forms. It allows not only for setting a standardized type of forms, but also for automating the filling.
The project team was faced with the severe restrictions of the free versions of these products, which greatly complicated the auto-complete reporting forms. However, thanks to the experience of the development team, we managed to finalize a free version of the product, because the client was not willing to pay for the SharePoint and Microsoft InfoPath commercial versions.

Results
The goal was to develop a system of information on educational institutions registration, which would allow users to take data into account, create reports, and print a standard reporting form for educational organizations.
